Let Us Protect Ltd t/a Nationwide Security has committed to operate a formal Quality Management System for all activities undertaken, that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
This formal system applies to all aspects of our operations, Security Guarding, mobile patrols & Key holding allowing us to effectively monitor, review and improve our operational management and service delivery. This approach ensures that our company is meeting the needs and expectations of all interested parties from industry standards, legal requirements to employees and clients.
Objectives
- • Comply with all industry standards and requirements as set out in ISO 9001:2015
- • Work closely with all interested parties, from employees, suppliers to customers, in order to establish and maintain the highest quality standards.
- • Train all members of staff from front line to support, in the needs and responsibilities within our QMS.
- • Development of all employees from management, support staff to our front-line personnel; with a commitment to ensure that all employees are suitably trained and resourced throughout all stages of employment.
- • Provide our customers with a quality and cost-effective security provision in order to maintain and increase client satisfaction.
- • Continually improve customer satisfaction, through contract reviews and service level agreements.
- • Communicate our quality objectives and our performance in achieving our objectives to all interested parties and stakeholders.
As a company, we recognise that the responsibility to deliver our objectives in line with our Quality Management System, is with every employee extending down from the Managing Director to our Front-Line personnel.
To achieve these objectives, we will ensure all of the procedures and processes set out within our QMS and in line with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, are effectively maintained, reviewed to assess their effectiveness and identify any opportunities for improvements.
